Services
OneStop Contracting provides residential and commercial contracting services including concrete & stonework, interlocking & retaining walls, fences & decks, and interior/exterior foundation waterproofing. All services are subject to a written quote and signed agreement prior to commencement of work. Scope of work, materials, and timelines will be outlined in your project agreement.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided by OneStop Contracting are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable HST/GST as required by the Canada Revenue Agency. Any changes to scope of work after a contract has been signed may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
What You Cannot Do
Users of this website may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content, images, or materials belonging to OneStop Contracting without express written permission. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Canadian federal or provincial regulations.
Security & Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. OneStop Contracting accepts e-transfer, cheque, and other agreed-upon payment methods. Deposits may be required prior to project commencement. Failure to submit payment as outlined in the agreement may result in work stoppage and applicable interest charges in accordance with Ontario's Construction Act.
